Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect in Washington, DC to own end-to-end solution architecture for strategic Salesforce FSC programs, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams. You will define migration, integration, security, and deployment strategies, lead client workshops, and present architecture recommendations.

This hybrid role requires 12+ years of Salesforce and FSC delivery experience and expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC Data Model, and Experience

Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will make an impact by owning end-to-end solution architecture for strategic Salesforce FSC programs. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to drive solution excellence and business transformation.

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce FSC programs.
• Design business and technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define data migration, integration, security, and deployment strategies.
• Lead client workshops and present architecture recommendations.
• Drive solution planning, governance, sizing, and delivery excellence.

What you need to have to be considered

• 12+ years of Salesforce and solution delivery experience.
• Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation experience.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC Data Model, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience designing integration architectures with enterprise banking platforms.
• Strong executive communication, governance, and architecture review experience.

These will help you stand out

• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Certification.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional credential.
• Banking domain expertise including Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management.
• Experience with Omnistudio, Agentforce, and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000p.a - $140,000p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
