Members 1st is seeking a Software Engineering Manager – Salesforce to lead scalable Salesforce solutions and stay hands-on. You will make architectural decisions, mentor developers, and ensure enterprise alignment across data flows and integrations.

You will collaborate with product owners and analysts, embody agile practices, drive CI/CD, and champion security and governance while advancing the Salesforce platform for financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business knowledge.
• 5–8 years related experience with 3–5 years leadership.
• Strong Salesforce development and architecture background.
• Hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, and deployment.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
• Oversee integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Collaborate with product, analysts, and stakeholders to translate strategy.
