Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related experience in software engineering
• 3-5 years of leadership/management experience
• Strong Salesforce development experience and architecture knowledge

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and toolkit
• Make architectural decisions balancing scalability, security, and performance
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Lead and mentor a team of developers through coaching and code reviews
• Ensure Salesforce integrations with upstream and downstream systems meet data flow requirements
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, admins, and stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy
• Embed agile practices including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Ensure coding standards, security policies, and data governance are followed
• Oversee CI/CD processes and deployments across environments
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance for platform stability
• Stay current with Salesforce enhancements and emerging tech to improve solutions
