Job summary

Members 1st is seeking a Software Engineering Manager – Salesforce to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role combines hands-on development with people leadership, guiding a team of developers through architecture, coding, testing, and deployments.

You'll collaborate with product owners and analysts to translate business strategy into robust technical solutions, ensure security and data governance, and drive agile practices across the team in a fast-growing

Qualifications

5-8 years of related experience; 3-5 years of leadership/management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of Salesforce solutions with hands-on coding.
Make architectural decisions balancing scalability, security, performance, and business needs.
Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Mentor a team of developers through coaching and code reviews.
Ensure Salesforce integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business strategy into solutions.
Apply agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and effort estimates.
Oversee CI/CD and deployments; troubleshoot performance issues.
