Job summary
LocumTenens.com is seeking a Software Development Manager for Salesforce to lead multiple Salesforce development teams. You will coach teams, enforce best practices in Salesforce configuration, platform administration, and testing, and coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing Salesforce or CRM teams.
- Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center or DX, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, with hands‑on experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high‑performing teams, focusing on collaboration and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more Agile-based Salesforce development teams with a focus on performance and quality
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment and support
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define priorities and manage sprint planning and backlog
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices including daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive DevOps best practices to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed
- Provide detailed reporting and KPIs on team performance for sprints and PIs
