Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills in a Healthcare IT environment.
• 2-4 years’ IT experience in an Application Systems Analyst or technical analyst role.
• Salesforce certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications for development.
• Performs unit and integration testing and peer reviews.
• Leads release management activities including test planning and user acceptance testing.
• Manages the lifecycle of assigned modules and handles enhancement requests.
• Contributes to applying application standards and conducting peer reviews.
