R Systems is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement efficient processes across the Salesforce platform.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise Salesforce development, strong Apex/Visualforce/LWC/Aura skills, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Join a dynamic team delivering high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, with a focus on enterprise-level development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your development workflow — using tools like Cursor, Copilot, or agentic coding assistants to accelerate delivery without sacrificing code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Apex, Visualforce, LWCs, and Aura components.
• Collaborate with Operations leads and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Implement and maintain complex workflows, automation, and data validation rules.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and QA for high-quality, scalable code.
• Participate in full SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices to enhance capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions.
