Job summary

FairSquare, Inc. is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Atlanta.

You will ensure quality across Salesforce applications, APIs, and front-end features, collaborating with engineers, Product, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable software. You will design test plans, automate where possible using Playwright, and participate in our CI/CD pipeline, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in Atlanta).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years in software quality assurance including manual web and back-end API testing.
• 3+ years testing Salesforce Service Cloud, web services, and REST APIs.
• Experience using Postman for API testing and validation.
• Hands-on experience building API and UI test automation with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Programming experience in JavaScript or Python.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries and prepare test data.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, BrowserStack, AWS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features across Salesforce applications and web fronts.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Analysts, and engineers to ensure thorough coverage and business alignment.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing within Agile SDLC and CI/CD.
• Learn internal Salesforce workflows and verify backend services on AWS.
• Identify, document, and track defects and maintain regression suites in CI/CD.
