Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.

Responsibilities include functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, data integrity validation, API and integration testing, support for test automation using tools such as Provar, Selenium, and Salesforce DX, defect management, root cause analysis, and collaboration with developers, administrators, business analysts, and product owners to ensure timely defect resolution and release readiness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure Salesforce features meet business and technical requirements.
• Validate data integrity, workflows, validations, reports, dashboards, and automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers).
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and product owners to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Execute API and integration testing for Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Document test results, log defects with clear root cause analysis, and track issues through resolution.
• Ensure Salesforce releases comply with quality standards, security requirements, and deployment best practices in Agile environments.
