We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to support a large Salesforce implementation. This individual will be responsible for ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle, with an emphasis on manual testing, Salesforce functionality, business-process validation, and investigative testing.
This role requires more than executing predefined test cases. The ideal candidate will become involved early in the development process, understand the business need behind what is being built, and proactively identify gaps or issues before they reach production.
One of the positions will have a strong focus on Salesforce Field Service and supply chain processes, including parts, distribution, and returns.
The ideal candidate is a curious and analytical tester who does not simply ask, “Did the system meet the requirement?” but also asks, “Was the right solution built for the business?” This individual should be comfortable digging into complex functionality, challenging assumptions, and proactively finding issues while working collaboratively with technical and business teams.
The projected hourly range for this position is $65 to $70
