Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer in Washington, DC (Hybrid/Remote) to lead QA efforts for Salesforce implementations. You will drive testing strategies, coordinate a testing team, and implement automation using Selenium and Java within CI/CD pipelines.

Key qualifications include strong Salesforce testing experience, functional/integration/ UAT testing in Agile environments, and familiarity with Azure DevOps/Jira for defect tracking.

Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java. The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects
• Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
• Utilize testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities
