Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.

• Minimum of two Salesforce certifications (Admin and Marketing Cloud).

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager /Administrator/Business Analyst to lead and oversee Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce project lifecycle management , stakeholder collaboration, and Agile methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, and internal developers to define project scope, objectives, user stories, and success criteria .
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports .
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and report on progress to leadership.
• Manage change requests, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies .
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies .
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive user adoption and continuous improvement .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field or its equivalent in work experience.
• Minimum of 3- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations .
• Strong knowledge of one or more: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies .
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum of two Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Admin or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing Salesforce integrations and migrations .

This position requires candidates to be located in the Northern Virginia/DMV area, commutable to Leesburg, VA.

Exact salary package is commensurate with experience, but ranges from $85,000 - $105,000.
