Job summary

Compass Strategy Design is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator / QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, automation testing, and defect management.

This on-site position in the Northern Virginia/DMV area is commutable to Leesburg, VA, with a salary range of $50,000–$90,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing focusing on Salesforce applications.
• Experience with manual testing approaches.
• At least one Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Implement changes to Salesforce Objects/Fields based on customer feedback.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects and report to the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

This position requires candidates to be located in the Northern Virginia/DMV area, commutable to Leesburg, VA.

Exact salary package is commensurate with experience, but ranges from $50,000 – $90,000.
