Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
Minimum of two Salesforce certifications (Admin and Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, user stories, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.
Drive Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and stand-ups.
Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.
Manage change requests, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Ensure Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.
Foster stakeholder relationships to drive user adoption and continuous improvement.
