Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations from planning through delivery, with governance, financial oversight, and client communications at the forefront. This remote role supports US-based candidates and emphasizes Agile execution across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of PM experience with Salesforce, consulting experience, and Salesforce Admin with Sales/Service Cloud certifications, translating requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with Salesforce Platform implementations.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proficient with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect, preferably as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Skilled in facilitating requirements sessions and grooming user stories.
• Experience supporting AI delivery, blueprint development, and implementation oversight.
• Salesforce Admin certification with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule.
• Drive implementation of AI and digital service solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project operations.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead outcomes and business objectives sessions to define success metrics.

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead complex Salesforce platform implementations from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on project governance, financial oversight, and client communication. The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams through Agile execution while keeping scope, schedule, and business outcomes aligned. This position also plays a key role in translating requirements into actionable user stories and ensuring solution delivery supports both operational needs and defined success metrics.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
