Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Consultant, Change Management to guide clients through digital and organizational change initiatives with emphasis on user adoption and training.

You will partner with client teams and colleagues to translate plans into actionable change strategies, rapidly building Salesforce fluency while ensuring users feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process. This role is remote for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in change management consulting.
• Experience leading client workshops and interviewing clients.
• Strong Salesforce product knowledge.
• General management or software consulting background preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Consultant, Change Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide clients through digital and organizational change initiatives with a strong focus on user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with customer teams and consulting colleagues to translate implementation plans into practical change strategies that improve adoption and project outcomes. The position also calls for quickly building technical fluency in Salesforce while helping ensure users feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
