U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced and collaborative Business Banking Salesforce Project Manager to shape the future of our BCRM Salesforce platform.

This role bridges business stakeholders, sales leaders, product strategy, and technology partners to drive enhancements that help bankers serve clients, deepen relationships, and grow business outcomes. The role focuses on understanding complex business challenges, gathering and translating requirements, and delivering technology-enabled solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience supporting Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Sales Enablement functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prioritization, planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce enhancements for Business Banking.
• Translate business objectives into actionable CRM solutions with leaders across Sales, Product, and Technology.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder discussions to refine processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery and align with strategy.
• Support user adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the platform.
