Job summary

HireTech Group in Ohio is seeking an IT Strategist / Project Manager to lead planning and execution across our Salesforce environment. This is not hands-on configuration work; it focuses on leading projects, aligning stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track using a structured agile methodology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical or platform projects, ideally within a Salesforce environment.
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology; SAFe experience a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap) and tactical (sprint) levels.

Nice to Have
