Salesforce Program Manager

Franklin, Tennessee (Hybrid)

FTE or CTH (FT will be first preference)

Program Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead Client's North Star transformation program. Manage cross-functional teams, governance forums, stakeholder engagement, planning, risk management, and delivery execution across Salesforce, Data Cloud, Contact Center, Dealer, and AI workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams and business units.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, release schedules, and business commitments.
• Drive executive stakeholder communication, steering committee governance, and leadership reporting.
• Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Data Architects, Integration teams, QA, DevOps, and Change Management teams.
• Facilitate PI Planning, release planning, program increment reviews, governance reviews, and leadership checkpoints.
• Track delivery health, scope, budget, resource utilization, schedule adherence, and business outcomes.
• Support Discovery workshops, roadmap planning, operating model definition, and transformation strategy development.
• Establish and maintain program governance, RAID management, KPI tracking, and status reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and maximize business value realization.
• Oversee vendor coordination, offshore-onshore collaboration, and resource planning activities.
• Ensure successful release readiness, UAT governance, adoption planning, and production deployment activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and program performance optimization throughout the transformation lifecycle.
