Job summary

Accellor in Oakland, CA, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Salesforce, data, and GTM systems. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and marketing, delivering scalable systems that drive revenue, engagement, and operational efficiency.

You will own end-to-end Salesforce programs, manage timelines and KPIs, drive Customer 360 adoption, oversee integrations with ERP and product systems, and guide data quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Technical Program or Project Management.
• 4+ years working with Salesforce platforms.
• Strong experience with: Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience; Data Cloud a plus).
• Integrations (APIs, MuleSoft or similar).
• Data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech environments.
• Experience supporting GTM strategy or revenue operations.
• Exposure to AI/ML or data engineering initiatives.
• Certifications: Salesforce, PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.
