• Support GTM initiatives and product launches with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps; enable lead-to-cash workflows, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.
• Enable reporting, dashboards, and analytics with data teams; support AI-driven use cases (segmentation, personalization); improve data quality and consistency.
• Lead executive reporting, governance, and decision forums; track budgets, resources, and program health; identify risks and drive continuous improvement.

This role sits at the center of engineering, sales, and marketing—owning the delivery of scalable systems that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)

Requirements
