Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
• 2+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in SaaS software development.
• Knowledge of SQL and Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with product design, UX principles, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into actionable features and deliverables
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and feedback
• Refine and align product requirements with business goals
• Lead ideation sessions and develop product specifications with Business Analysts
• Clarify requirements for development teams and support implementation
• Maintain product consistency across releases
• Create mock-ups and wireframes as needed
• Incorporate user research insights to optimize features
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Develop internal technical documentation
• Monitor product progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
