Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product leadership, management, product development, or strategy.
• Ability to define and evolve the Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, leveraging stakeholder input, customer feedback, and data insights to prioritize capabilities that drive business outcomes.
• Ability to use customer feedback, business insights, and user adoption trends to evaluate product performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and manage the product backlog.
