LastPass is looking for a Salesforce Product Developer:

A Salesforce Product Developer to be part of the agile SFDC team responsible for all Salesforce configuration, development, and integrations. In this role, the candidate should be a results-driven and team-oriented resource who likes to work in two-week sprints, enabling business value to support the company's future growth. The successful candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem in software development, release management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Who will you work with?

The individual will work collaboratively with product owners to develop business functionality and internal customers (Sales, Service, Partner, and Renewals Teams) to solve problems, simplify systems, and create operational efficiencies to improve the overall customer and employee experience. The Salesforce Product Developer for LastPass will report to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Apps Platforms.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

1. Responsible for hands-on development of critical features, performing code reviews for the team, and ensuring quality.
2. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, meet project objectives, and/or align towards company goals.
3. Implement and continuously improve processes and procedures in support of Salesforce configuration, development, and migration.
4. Plan, coordinate, and oversee Salesforce releases, patches, and emergency change requests.
5. Partner with Business SMEs and provide SFDC expertise in designing and developing custom solutions.
6. Identify and recommend third-party tools and technologies that will assist in managing Salesforce configuration.
7. Help build a release management workflow at enterprise scale to ensure successful migrations.
8. Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create LWC reports.
9. Identify and recommend the automation of various functionalities in the Salesforce delivery process.
10. Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.
11. Pioneer execution of the Salesforce application development strategy and drive the technical plan to implement enhancements.
12. Ensure that system impact assessments are executed with existing code and processes; problem-solve issues and rewrite where standard methodologies are not in place.
13. Identify, document, and coordinate all application system changes to support M&A.
14. Establish team processes & delivery expectations with the right level of estimation for sprint planning.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

1. Required certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II.
2. Experience developing robust test classes and ensuring code coverage within Salesforce.
3. Demonstrated experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code.
4. Experience as a Salesforce Developer, managing sandboxes, users, flows, process builders; how to use change sets and their limitations.
5. A proven track record with release management tools and concepts.
6. Strong experience with custom code governance and release management principles/tools.
7. Demonstrated ability to execute the software development lifecycle process, including requirements gathering, design, development/configuration, production release, testing, and support.
8. Experience with CI/CD Tools, GIT source control, VS code IDEs, branching and merging strategies/resolving conflicts.
9. Experience in the building and maintenance of custom code for Salesforce systems, including SFDC Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and PRM.
10. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
11. Performs well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment independently and as a team member.

It's great, but not required:

1. Prior experience as Salesforce Administrator is a plus.
2. Prior experience working with 3rd party applications that integrate with SFDC (i.e., Zoomin, Marketo, Gainsight, GetFeedback, Outreach, and Genesys Cloud).
3. Solid understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g., Org-Wide Sharing, API, and governor limits).
4. Experience with other Enterprise Application platforms (NetSuite, Data Warehouse, IPaaS).
5. Experience with Einstein, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $99,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $117,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
