Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, LLC is seeking a Manager, Salesforce for a remote role in the United States. You will lead strategy, administration, and measurable value delivery of Prime’s Salesforce platform, including multi-year roadmaps and AI-enabled improvements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across sales, account management, operations, marketing, and client-facing teams to drive transformation and deliver results through disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area; HS diploma or GED is required.
• 6 years of work experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years with Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce AI capabilities that improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, AI-enabled self-service platforms.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization delivering business value.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams to support architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage the Salesforce budget and vendor relationships; assess build-versus-buy options.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
