Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce, to lead the CRM administration and drive the Salesforce platform strategy across the organization. Remote work is supported as part of a multi-functional leadership role.

You will guide a high-performing team, shape the roadmap, implement AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and client-facing teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma also acceptable.
• 6 years CRM experience, including at least 3 years with Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI capabilities to improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and self-service.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions including Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile apps, and other solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization delivering business value.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to align Salesforce with objectives.
• Manage the Salesforce budget and vendor relationships; evaluate build-versus-buy options.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
