Job summary

Expert Technology Services seeks a senior Salesforce professional in St. Louis to lead architecture and hands-on admin work, drive greenfield implementations, and own platform ownership post-implementation. You will collaborate with SI partners, vendors, and internal teams on ERP integrations and complex flows.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Sales Cloud expertise, and familiarity with CPQ/Field Service. On-site in St.

Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce experience including architecture and hands-on administration.
Lead or co-lead greenfield Salesforce implementations.
Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise; Service Cloud/Experience Cloud beneficial.
Hands-on with Flows, automation, security models, roles, profiles, permission sets, reporting.
Responsible for Salesforce platform ownership post-implementation.
ERP integrations experience (NetSuite, Dynamics GP).
Work with System Integrators, consulting partners, and vendors.
Configure and maintain flows, manage user access, troubleshoot, and handle integrations.
Familiar with iPaaS tools such as Workato or SmartConnect.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or F&B is a plus.
Data governance, reporting, and sales enablement experience.
Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or analytics tools is a plus.
Must be local to St. Louis, MO, or willing to relocate (no remote).
Must convert to full-time without sponsorship.
