Job summary

Expert Technology Services seeks a senior Salesforce professional in St. Louis to lead architecture and hands-on admin work, drive greenfield implementations, and own platform ownership post-implementation. You will collaborate with SI partners, vendors, and internal teams on ERP integrations and complex flows.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Sales Cloud expertise, and familiarity with CPQ/Field Service. On-site in St.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience including architecture and hands-on administration.
• Lead or co-lead greenfield Salesforce implementations.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise; Service Cloud/Experience Cloud beneficial.
• Hands-on with Flows, automation, security models, roles, profiles, permission sets, reporting.
• Responsible for Salesforce platform ownership post-implementation.
• ERP integrations experience (NetSuite, Dynamics GP).
• Work with System Integrators, consulting partners, and vendors.
• Configure and maintain flows, manage user access, troubleshoot, and handle integrations.
• Familiar with iPaaS tools such as Workato or SmartConnect.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or F&B is a plus.
• Data governance, reporting, and sales enablement experience.
• Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Must be local to St. Louis, MO, or willing to relocate (no remote).
• Must convert to full-time without sponsorship.

Job Summary (List Format):

• Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including both architecture and hands-on administration.
• Lead or co-lead greenfield Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (required), with experience in Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, automation, security models, roles, profiles, permission sets, and reporting.
• Responsible for managing Salesforce platform ownership post-implementation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics GP).
• Work closely with System Integrators, consulting partners, and vendors.
• Ability to configure and maintain Salesforce flows, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and handle integrations (no deep Apex coding required).
• Strongly preferred: Experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or food & beverage industry.
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato or SmartConnect.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, and sales enablement.
• Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Must be local to St. Louis, MO, or willing to relocate (no remote).
• Must be able to convert to full-time without sponsorship.
