Job summary

GEON Performance Solutions in Westlake, Ohio seeks a Salesforce Platform Manager to own the Salesforce environment, architecture, and roadmap, partnering with Commercial leadership to drive efficiency and business value. Responsibilities

Own Salesforce platform, architecture, health, performance, and roadmap.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions including Flows, Apex, and Lightning components.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and Snowflake, HubSpot, and other applications.
Partner with Commercial, Sales, and BI to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation, data quality, and governance within Salesforce.
