Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will lead architecture discussions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive secure, scalable implementations across multi-cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs, plus strong experience with security controls and DevOps practices. Join a team delivering high-impact, modern Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

6+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
End-to-end implementation experience on the Salesforce platform, including architecture, configuration, customization, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Ability to lead design workshops and effectively communicate solution options to business and technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies such as Data Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow.
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs for integration with external systems and enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of security controls (SSO, MFA, Salesforce Shield) for data protection and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions with Agentforce, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
Drive end-to-end solution architecture using Salesforce technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
Design and deliver modern UI experiences using Angular, TypeScript, JS, HTML5, and Salesforce UI frameworks.
Define and implement secure enterprise solutions with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and Shield standards.
Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops to translate business needs into scalable designs.
Provide architectural guidance on automation, AI-driven workflows, and GenAI use cases to boost productivity.
Oversee SDLC activities, from estimation to release management and post-go-live support.
Perform advanced code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning while mentoring junior engineers.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and vendors to ensure delivery quality and cost efficiency.
