Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive design, development and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will lead architecture across multi-cloud environments, leverage Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, and integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

You will mentor engineers, supervise architecture governance, and guide teams through SDLC, security, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support in a fast-paced, globally distributed setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience including 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• End-to-end implementation experience on the Salesforce platform, including architecture, configuration, customization, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud environments.
• Drive end-to-end solution architecture using Salesforce technologies and integration patterns.
• Design modern user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 with Salesforce Lightning UI frameworks.
• Define secure enterprise solutions compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS and Salesforce Shield.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, solution scoping and roadmaps.
