Job summary
Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
You will work with agents, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape architecture, integrations, and UI across Salesforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and external systems. You will drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead workshops, and mentor engineers, ensuring scalable, secure implementations while aligning with business goals and regulatory
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience with 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
- End-to-end implementation on Salesforce: architecture, config, deployment and support.
- Hands-on with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Flow.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Drive architecture across multi-cloud environments using Salesforce tech.
- Design modern UX with Angular/TypeScript and Salesforce frameworks.
- Ensure security and compliance: HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, Salesforce Shield.
- Guide SDLC activities: estimation, planning, config, testing, deployment.
- Mentor engineers and perform advanced code reviews and performance tuning.
