Jobgether seeks a Senior Software Engineering Manager – Salesforce in the United States to lead the Salesforce platform team, guiding architecture, delivery, and cross‑functional integration.

You will mentor engineers, drive performance, enforce security, and push AI‑assisted quality with Agentforce, shaping scalable, reliable solutions.

This role offers ownership over critical operations, collaboration with product, QA, and architecture, plus opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development, 3+ in leadership.
• Hands-on leadership in enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal/external systems.
• Advanced Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and metadata.
• Governor limits, bulkification, security, performance.
• Enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, async processing, errors/retries.
• Experience with AI tooling (Agentforce or similar).
• Strong architectural thinking for scalable designs.
• Managing production incidents and stakeholder comms.
• Leadership, mentoring, communication, prioritization.
• CI/CD tooling like Gearset.
• Salesforce org refactoring and multi-team governance a plus.
• Experience with high-volume service ops or regulated data.
• Salesforce certs like Platform Developer II, JS Developer I, Data Cloud are advantageous.
• Willingness to work extended hours for releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce platform engineering with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor and develop a team of Salesforce engineers.
• Recruitment and talent development involvement.
• Guide architectural/technical design decisions across Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide planning and direction for app development and platform expansion.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for predictable delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to improve quality and productivity (Agentforce).
• Champion coding standards and quality processes.
• Manage resources to meet deadlines/organizational goals.
• Support production incident triage and stakeholder communication.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Promote collaborative, inclusive team culture.
