Salesforce is seeking an engineering leader to guide teams at scale, driving AI-driven product development and delivering robust full-stack solutions. You will partner with product, design, and GTM to shape strategy and execute with rigor.

You will mentor engineers, oversee architecture, and push for product-first thinking while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability as the product grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven application development, including model training and deployment.
• Strong background in full-stack development using Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Proactive, outcomes-oriented mindset and willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor one or more engineering teams to support growth and product needs.
• Own the product roadmap and drive delivery with strong execution discipline.
