Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking a Salesforce Platform Lead to serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce within the organization. You will manage, configure, and optimize the Service Cloud, ensuring health, security, and performance of a global Salesforce environment supporting 6,700 agents across 14 countries.

You will oversee ongoing platform optimization, including automation, dashboard creation, and reporting, leveraging Flows and Lightning configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce platform within the organization.
• Manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Ensure the health, security, and performance of a global Salesforce environment supporting 6,700 agents across 14 countries.
• Oversee ongoing platform optimization, including automation, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Utilize strong expertise in core Salesforce functionality, including Flows and Lightning configuration.
• Act as the platform guardian for the Contact Center transformation initiative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation and best practices for Salesforce configurations and processes.
