Job summary
GreatAmerica Financial Services seeks an experienced Platform Administration Leader to guide a high-performing team responsible for secure, scalable Salesforce platforms across enterprise systems. You will set strategy, drive platform governance, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business needs.
You will collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, manage governance and security, and continuously pursue platform optimization and innovation to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
- 8+ years in Enterprise/Salesforce Platform Admin or Systems Engineering.
- 5+ years of technical leadership preferred.
- Experience with regulated environments.
- SAFe or Agile experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Platform Administrators to deliver secure, scalable Salesforce platforms.
- Define and execute Salesforce administration strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies.
- Oversee platform configuration, licenses, access control, and integrations.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities and manage vendor partnerships.
