Job summary

CompQsoft in Leesburg, VA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, prototype, and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will work with customers, architects, and delivery managers to align capabilities with business needs.

You will build apps using declarative customization, write Apex/Visualforce, perform merges, deployments to sandboxes, and integrate Salesforce with external systems while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years direct Salesforce project experience.
• Experience with Agile SDLC.
• Proficiency in writing Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience deploying to sandboxes and production.
• Active security/compliance awareness (e.g., 508, FISMA) acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform app development, prototyping, testing and demonstrating capabilities to users.
• Perform code merges, resolve conflicts, deploy repositories to sandboxes and test environments, and assist deployments to higher environments and production.
• Build custom applications using declarative customization capabilities, e.g. flows and App Builder.
• Design solution roadmaps for service modernization using Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and customers to architect Salesforce solutions.
• Develop business functionalities using inbuilt CRM/CX technologies and Salesforce features.
• Map Salesforce capabilities to business requirements with fit-gap analyses across cloud/services and AppExchange tools.
• Document, maintain, and govern Salesforce solutions across lifecycles.
• Address security and compliance requirements in sandbox and development environments.
• Develop interfaces and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.
• Ensure testing, performance, and security requirements are met through collaboration with dev teams.
