Job summary

CompQsoft, Inc. in Herndon, VA (Hybrid) is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and demonstrate Salesforce-based capabilities. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers and customers to translate requirements into robust solutions.

You will work with Apex/Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, flows and App Builder, and manage code in Git. Deployments to sandboxes and production will be part of the lifecycle, with emphasis on security and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• 3+ years Agile software development lifecycle experience.
• 2+ years of enterprise Salesforce project experience with lifecycles and demonstrable success.
• Experience in performing Salesforce code merges and conflict resolution; deployment to sandboxes and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform app development, prototyping, testing and demonstrating capabilities to users.
• Perform code merges, resolve conflicts, deploy repositories to sandboxes and test environments, as well as assist deployments to higher environments and production.
• Build custom applications using declarative customization capabilities (flows and App Builder).
• Design Salesforce solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and customers to meet business requirements.
• Develop interfaces and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.
• Ensure testing, performance and security meet requirements across lifecycles.
