Job summary

DynPro Inc. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. You will lead the technical direction, mentor developers, and drive integrations with ERP and e-commerce platforms.

You’ll own Apex and LWC development, CPQ workflows, and performance tuning while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable systems. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, CPQ, and integration best practices.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP integration and high-volume quoting is a plus.
