Job summary

Protegrity, a global leader in data security, seeks a Manager, Salesforce Platform to drive strategy, governance, and modernization of our Salesforce ecosystem powering Sales, Service, and allied teams.

You will lead hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations, mentor the Salesforce Administrator, and partner with IT, Product, and Finance to deliver secure, scalable solutions that enable exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams while contributing to architecture and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IS/Engineering.
• Experience managing Salesforce deployments using Git-based source control and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce platform strategy, security, and scalability.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs.
• Own the development lifecycle, governance, and deployment pipelines.
• Coach the Salesforce Administrator and promote technical excellence.
• Lead cross-functional design and integrations with stakeholders.
• Establish governance, security controls, and best practices.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and AI tools for automation.
• Serve as technical owner, reduce debt, enable cross-functional initiatives.
