Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Manager to serve as the primary technical owner of our Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for the architecture, development, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and connected commercial applications. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, multiple advanced certifications, and the ability to partner closely with commercial leadership to drive efficiency, automation, and business value.

Platform Ownership & Development

• Serve as Salesforce platform owner; accountable for technical health, performance, and roadmap
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions including Flows, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations
• Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and connected systems including Snowflake, HubSpot, and other commercial applications
• Evaluate and rationalize connected applications for strategic fit, cost effectiveness, and integration quality

Commercial Partnership

• Partner with Commercial, Sales, and BI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Own HubSpot administration and integration with Salesforce; ensure clean lead-to-revenue data flow
• Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives by ensuring Salesforce data quality and accessibility
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants

Documentation & Standards

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within the Salesforce environment
