Job summary

Kaztronix LLC seeks a Salesforce Marketing Operations Manager Contractor to own the Salesforce platform ecosystem, ensuring stability, governance, and successful CRM and marketing tech initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and external partners to optimize processes, drive adoption, and support strategic planning during growth and transformation.

This role focuses on platform operations, stakeholder management, and roadmap execution, with a hybrid or remote work

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
3+ years managing Salesforce operations, CRM programs, or platform governance.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage platform enhancements, prioritization, and release planning.
Support Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud operations; translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Lead governance, adoption, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, IT, and analytics.
Develop and maintain the Salesforce roadmap, metrics, and governance dashboards.
