Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce platform experience including governance or CRM program management.
3+ years managing Salesforce-related projects and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce platform operations, including enhancement requests, release planning, data governance, and user adoption initiatives.
Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions and optimize automation workflows.
Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-team platform delivery coordination.
Oversee roadmaps, project planning, testing, release management, and user acceptance.
Develop governance docs, dashboards, procedures, and performance metrics.
