We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for a remote opportunity! The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working within Salesforce and possess a strong working knowledge of the platform's functions in Human Capital Management (HCM), Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, SQL, and HTML is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Utilize SQL for data manipulation and extraction to support various business needs.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.

Qualifications:
