What You’ll Do

• Design and develop secure backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power AI-assisted diagnosis.
• Build intuitive, high-performance frontend components using modern frameworks (WPF, .NET MAUI preferred).
• Own architectural decisions and influence scalability, performance, and design strategy.
• Set the bar for quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, AI scientists, and product teams to translate real-world challenges into elegant software.
• Mentor other engineers and help define a culture of craftsmanship, ownership, and innovation.

You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping software in a product-oriented or regulated environment.
• Medical Device experience is a MUST
• Advanced skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem (WPF, MAUI a big plus).
• Strong grasp of scalable system design, performance tuning, and security principles.
• Experience with Prototype Tools (Cursor etc)
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern agile practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
• An ownership mindset, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or other medical imaging standards.
• Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms—especially in healthcare settings.
