Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Manager, AI & Agentforce Delivery to lead technology delivery efforts blending client-facing execution, mentorship, and solution design for AI-enabled projects.

You will partner with architects, developers, and clients to deliver automation solutions that support business goals, with a strong coaching and people-leadership component.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technology solutions, including Agentforce or generative AI platforms.
• 2+ years managing or mentoring delivery team members, including architects, developers, or consultants.
• Proven ability to balance billable client work with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience conducting interviews and hiring processes for technical roles.

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Manager, AI & Agentforce Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead technology delivery efforts that blend client-facing execution, team mentorship, and solution design across AI-enabled projects. You will partner closely with architects, developers, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality automation solutions that support business goals. The position also includes a strong coaching and people-leadership component, with responsibility for helping develop team capability while balancing hands‑on project work.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
