Ladders is seeking a Sr. Developer, AI and Agentforce to join a leader in IT. The role focuses on building intelligent, customer-facing Salesforce solutions integrated with AI-driven automation.

You will work with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable designs, stay current on Salesforce data architecture and AI advances, and deliver real-world solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development including Apex and LWCs.
• Strong knowledge of Apex coding best practices and OOP.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git for source control.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs and Data 360.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Developer, AI and Agentforce to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on building intelligent, customer-facing solutions that combine Salesforce development with AI-driven automation. You will partner closely with clients and internal project teams to translate business needs into scalable technical designs, while helping shape how emerging AI capabilities are applied in real-world implementations. The position also involves working with modern Salesforce data architecture and staying current on both platform releases and the broader AI landscape.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and enhance AI agents and automations for customer-facing experiences
