Job summary

Chad Jones Law seeks a proactive Salesforce/Litify Administrator to own day-to-day administration, ongoing development, and optimization of our Salesforce and Litify environment. You will collaborate with Operations, Legal, Intake, Records, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, manage projects end-to-end, and drive adoption across departments.

Qualifications

2–3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience or equivalent.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent expertise.
Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
Experience configuring objects, fields, relationships, formulas, validation rules, and reports.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the firm's Salesforce and Litify environment.
Provide day-to-day platform support and implement solutions.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable Salesforce/Litify solutions.
Design, build, test, deploy, document, and maintain Salesforce enhancements and automations.
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled).
Configure custom fields, objects, relationships, and security settings.
Administer Litify components like Matters, Intakes, Parties, and related workflows.
Plan deployments between sandbox and production environments.
Maintain integrations with third-party platforms and monitor platform health.
