Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business System Analyst to lead the architecture and implementation of our Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Life Sciences to deliver scalable, compliant CRM solutions while guiding technical delivery teams.

Qualifications

Extensive Salesforce experience and Sr. BSA background
Experience designing CRM solutions across Sales, Service and Life Sciences Cloud
Ability to translate business needs into architecture direction
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe or scaled Agile delivery
Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities in Life Sciences applications
