Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Salesforce platforms.
Translate requirements into technical solutions, data models, and integrations.
Design and develop Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Lead Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Review designs and code for quality, security, and best practices.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering standards.
Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
Analyze production issues and drive timely root-cause resolution.
Support release management, deployments, CI/CD, and environment mgmt.
Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization.
